Description
52nd ANNUAL CANADIAN COUNTY JUNIOR LIVESTOCK SHOW & SALE OF CHAMPIONS! We will add the Exhibitors for bidding as we receive them after the show each evening.
This is a fundraiser auction so you will not be receiving an actual lot. All funds will be donated to the exhibitors for their next project.

Information Lot Only - Bidding will begin on Friday March 8th. - Fundraiser Auction for Canadian County Jr Livestock Students. The bid will be for a donation to the student, you will not receive an actual item. Money raised will go directly to the student for their future like Collage, Show Animal, Livestock Supplies, Feed and Any Other Fees. Please be aware that payment will be expected by the following Friday, March 15th. The faster we get payments cleared the faster the student gets funded.

GENERAL RULES OF LIVE & ONLINE PREMIUM AUCTION SALE 1. 2. 3. The 52nd Annual Live & Online Premium Auction Sale will be held at 6:00 PM on Friday, March 8, 2024, at Canadian County Expo Center & at www.kencarpenterauction.com The Fair Board Sale Committee named in this publication shall have complete jurisdiction over the sale and their decisions will be final in regard to matters or questions that may arise during the course of the show and sale. During the selection of animals for the sale the only individuals allowed to be in the ring will be the judge, exhibitors, superintendents and Auction Steering Committee members. 4. Exhibitors are allowed only one spot in the
AUCTION SALE. 5. 6. 7. 8. 9. 3 Does, 5 Goats, 5 Ewes, 20 Wethers, 7 Gilts, 38 Barrows, 7 Heifers, 15 Steers, and 2 pen of 3 Broilers will be sold for a total of 102 Exhibitors. Sale order will be determined immediately following the Grand Drive of that species. All animals called for Show Order must show when called. Sale order for broilers will only be Grand and Reserve Grand. The Grand Champion, Reserve Grand Champion, and Bronze Champion of the beef, swine, sheep and goat divisions, and broilers Grand and Reserve Grand are the only animals automatically eligible for the sale. All others will be shown for sale order and selected on quality. Breed Champion exhibits are not automatically in the sale. Once an exhibitor has an animal selected for sale, all other animals of that species owned by that exhibitor shall be scratched and are not eligible for sale order. Exhibitor will sell their highest placing animal in the sale. Tie break: if an exhibitor has more than one species qualify for the sale, the exhibitors’ highest placing animal in that year’s published sale order will determine that exhibitor’s position in the sale. The species sale order rotates each year. In case an exhibitor has the same placement in their species market and breeding, the market animal will be placed in the sale. The sale order for 2024 will be Sheep, Swine, Beef, Broiler, & Goat. 10. Check for premium sale and bonus will be mailed as soon as premiums are collected. Also, $26 will be withheld for pictures.
